| Through community-based organizations, PPL Electric Utilities is providing income-eligible residential customers with free energy conservation education and energy efficiency kits. Kits include energy efficient measures that can be easily installed in homes or apartments. |
Also for income eligible residential customers, this expanded Winter Relief Assistance Program provides measures to reduce energy use and improve living comfort. WRAP services include free energy audits, insulation of attics and basements and many other energy saving measures. |
